Richelle Bregante, owner of The Tone Zone, was born and raised in San Diego. After graduating from Our Lady of Peace in San Diego, she attended Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, 2000-2004. In January 2010, she fulfilled a dream of owning a small, boutique gym when she opened The Tone Zone, then located in Pacific Beach. In April 2012, Richelle moved The Tone Zone to its current location off Morena Boulevard in order to double the space and become more accessible to her clients. Richelle has been a personal trainer since 2007 and has her ACE, GRAVITY®, CPR and AED certifications. She has a passion for fitness and enjoys motivating others to reach their goals.
Lauren Bushman grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona before attending University of San Diego in 2009. She studied Economics and Communications and will graduate in May 2013. She will be attending law school at University of San Diego in the Fall of 2013. Lauren has been passionate about fitness since she began to play basketball, tennis, and golf at a very young age and later developed her passion for competitive ballroom dancing in high school. She has been training at The Tone Zone since August 2012. Lauren has her ACE, CPR, and AED certifications.
Kelly Collins was born in Tustin, California and moved to San Diego for college in 2006. She graduated from San Diego State University in 2011 with a Kinesiology degree. Kelly has been a group fitness instructor for almost five years. Kelly is a certified personal trainer through NASM, has been certified through Mad Dogg Athletics for cycling and has her CPR/AED certification. Her passion in life is healthy living through fitness and nutritious food. She loves to help people reach their goals and feel their best.
